Very early Alfa Romeo Guiletta sprint 750B in very good and most original condition. Manufactured on 9th March 1956 and left the factory in Azzurro Capri blue with 2 tone blue/grey interior partly fabric and leather. The first owner gave the car to his daughter who decided to repaint it in grey, it has remained so ever since. The matching interior is original and apart from staining it is untouched and in remarkable order. The bodywork is in very good condition and doesn't require restoration. An importent factor: these cars were all hand built, and in particular the hand shaped wheel arches are delightful. The previous owner fitted a later series 101 engine which he had recently rebuild. However, there is a NOS (new old stock) unstamped boxed 750 series alloy block with this car, a rare and sought after item. The gearbox has also been updated with the later 101-series five-speed unit enabling a more comfortable ride at speed. The car is mechanically in good working order and has passed the MOT. Currently on Belgian registration. The suspension is completely rebuild with all new bushes new springs and shock absorbers and all brake lines and brakes are new. This car is eligible for the Mille Miglia under the GT class. The pportunity to invest in a largely unmolested Alfa Romeo Giulietta with potential to increase in value.
